Right to Return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, contact us at info@terracloud.shop and include your order number along with the reason for your return request.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personal or hygiene-related items that have been unsealed

  • Sale items or custom-made/personalized products
